Lauren Ray founded Ray of Sunshine Facilitated Learning. She graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. For a number of years she had been working at an Independent Private School as an Early Childhood Educator.

Lauren is a qualified facilitator for AEFL (Australian Equine Facilitated Learning) . This allows her to work with children and adults, along with horses using individualised programs which assist physical development, fine and gross motor skills, balance, co-ordination, communication skills and emotional regulation.

Lauren has achieved a Teacher’s Dance Certificate from the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing. She has worked at numerous dance schools over the years, teaching children from the ages of 2-16 years.

She’s a firm believer in furthering her knowledge of current best practice in the field of Education and supporting both children and adults with additional needs to achieve their full potential.
